Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Reading. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in healthcare management, with the ability to enhance patient care services and streamline administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the administrative functions of the healthcare facility, optimizing workflows for better patient service.
  • Lead budgeting processes, ensuring effective financial management and reporting.
  • Create and enforce patient care policies that adhere to best practices and NHS standards.
  • Manage and guide a diverse team of administrative personnel.
  • Enhance communication between departments to improve overall service delivery.
  • Review and respond to patient feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure facilities are compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with various healthcare teams to streamline operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Facilitate training sessions on administrative best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related area
  • MBA or Master's in Healthcare Administration is highly desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management
