We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join our Brighton office. Your role will involve assessing claims, liaising with clients, and maintaining high standards of service throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities
Assess new claims through detailed reviews of applications and associated documents.
Engage with clients via phone and email to facilitate smooth claims processing.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including medical professionals and repair shops.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection throughout the claims process.
Provide training and mentorship to new team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Prepare reports on claims trends and analytics to inform management decisions.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to enhance service delivery.

Education
Degree in Risk Management or related field is an advantage

4+ years experience in an insurance claims role
