Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in York. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks including data input, record management, and ensuring data accuracy to support our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Audit and validate existing data to ensure accuracy.
  • Compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for data entry procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and document management.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from team members.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or office administration
