Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Liverpool. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across various departments.
• Conduct health assessments and prepare care plans.
• Administer injections, IV drips, and medications.
• Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid.
• Support the nursing team in achieving departmental goals.
• Document nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting

Technical Skills

• Wound Care
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with digital patient record systems.
• BLS and ACLS certifications: Current certifications in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
