Job Description

As a Logging Operations Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing logging operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. This role involves conducting site visits, identifying hazards, and providing training to logging crews.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect logging sites to assess compliance with environmental and safety standards.
  • Monitor timber harvesting activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices for sustainable forestry management.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to laws and guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in forestry operations or compliance inspection
