Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Home Services Advisor to assist customers with their inquiries and provide expert guidance on home services. You'll be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction while handling various service requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer service requests efficiently.
  • Assist in the development of customer service scripts and FAQs to streamline processes.
  • Track and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance service delivery.
  • Generate reports on service requests and customer interactions for management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional customer service certifications
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Languages
