Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys in various areas of law.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are filed appropriately.
  • Prepare for court appearances and assist during trials.
  • Gather evidence and compile trial notebooks.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide updates on case progress.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and court dates.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones and managing mail.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Paralegal qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
