Job Description

The role of an Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologist involves creating detailed technical drawings and plans utilizing CAD software. You will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to develop designs that meet strict specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify technical documentation to facilitate engineering designs.
• Implement design changes based on feedback from project leads.
• Conduct site surveys to gather information for design adjustments.
• Assist in project scheduling and timeline management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Utilise project management tools to track progress.
• Aid in training junior staff in CAD software and company procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with engineering teams on commercial projects.

Languages

• English: Fluent
