We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Work Practitioner to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable individuals and families, helping them to navigate challenges and access necessary resources. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client needs through assessments and interviews.
  • Guide clients through recovery and empowerment processes.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist in crisis intervention as necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of casework and client interactions.
  • Engage in community education and awareness programs.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to best practices in social work and client confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in Social Work preferred but not essential
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on social work experience
