Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Weigher, Measurer, Checker, and Sampler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be critical in ensuring that raw materials are weighed accurately and measured precisely, ensuring compliance with our production standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be paramount as you maintain accurate records of all measurements during your shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh and measure all raw materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Record raw material measurements in compliance with production logs.
  • Report any measuring errors or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow mandatory health and safety procedures without fail.
  • Keep workstations tidy and organized for safety and efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvements for better measuring techniques.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage time effectively to meet production schedules.
  • Utilize software for logging measurements when required.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss measurement protocols and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational qualification is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing or production environments

Languages
  • English: Fluent
