Job Description

As a Life, Physical, and Social Science Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development and operation of missile tracking systems. You will work closely with engineers to ensure the effectiveness of these systems in real-time defence operations. This role requires a solid background in electronics and radar technology, along with a passion for contributing to national security.

Responsibilities

  • Support field testing of missile systems and tracking equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of missile systems and tracking technologies.
  • Assist in training junior technicians and new team members.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure software platforms are effectively utilised.
  • Prepare reports on system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant area is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in missile systems or related technology
