Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prop Making Supervisor to lead our talented team of prop makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of props for various projects, ensuring that all creations meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the prop-making team and ensure timely production of props for various projects.
  • Develop and track project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Implement innovative prop-making techniques to enhance production quality.
  • Handle procurement of high-quality materials for prop construction and fabrication.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Review and approve designs before production begins.
  • Establish and enforce health and safety standards within the workshop.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers for sourcing materials.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Fine Arts or Design
Experience
  • 5+ years in the prop making or creative production industry, including supervisory experience.
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
  • 3D Printing Knowledge

Languages
  • English: Fluent
