Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Birmingham office. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define project requirements and align project objectives with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in executing project plans and achieving goals.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Monitor project performance and provide improvements where necessary.
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Document project phases and create project status reports.
  • Evaluate project performance against established metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years in project management roles
