Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Bristol. The ideal candidate will oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, streamline processes, and maintain inventory accuracy, thereby driving our operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse team meetings to foster communication and teamwork.
  • Evaluate and improve warehouse processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure that all equipment and machinery are maintained and operational.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all warehouse-related inquiries.
  • Support the Operations Director in strategic planning and improvements.
  • Assist in crisis management and develop contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements

Education
  • Graduate degree in Business Management or related fields preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
