Job Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth. They will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and presenting financial insights to guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to support investment decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Streamline budgeting processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actuals against budgets and forecasts.
  • Engage in financial modelling for various business scenarios.
  • Assist in M&A analysis and due diligence processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
