Job Description

As a Microsystems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) from initial concept through to production. Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop specifications for new MEMS products, ensuring they meet technical and market requirements.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in Microsystems design.
  • Work closely with suppliers to refine materials and processes for MEMS fabrication.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Microsystems Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in MEMS engineering or a related field
