Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bottom Cementer to join our team. As a Bottom Cementer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient cementing of wellbores, promoting well integrity and supporting drilling operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cementing operations and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Prepare cement formulations to meet job specifications.
• Conduct inspections of equipment prior to use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions swiftly.
• Train and mentor junior cementing technicians.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Document all cementing operations accurately.
• Engage in post-job analysis to determine areas for improvement.
• Ensure environmental protocols are strictly followed.
• Assist in the logistics of cementing materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in cementing operations (preferred)

Experience

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
