Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tire Builder to join our team. The role involves assembling and constructing tires according to specifications, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe working environment. The Tire Builder will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and ensure efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to assemble tires, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Interpret and implement work orders for optimal production.
• Continuously monitor machinery performance and maintain equipment.
• Identify and rectify defects in tires during production.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Ensure compliance with company health and safety regulations.
• Engage in regular machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Document production records and quality assessments accurately.
• Assist in training new staff as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing or production is preferred

Experience

• Experience in tire manufacturing or a related field is an advantage.
