We are seeking a knowledgeable Income Tax Consultant to provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in tax laws and regulations, with a passion for helping clients optimise their tax positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' tax positions and provide strategic insights.
• Develop effective tax planning strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Assist in the development of internal tax procedures and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and tax-related activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated client services.
• Mentor junior consultants, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth.
• Prepare reports summarising tax savings and compliance measures for clients.
• Utilise relevant software tools for tax preparation and analysis.
• Stay informed on industry trends and share best practices with the team.
• Build a robust network within the financial and taxation sectors.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Taxation or a related field is preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CTA, ATT) highly valued

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in income tax consulting.
