Job Description

Join our team as a Station Gateman, where your key role will encompass ensuring that our station remains safe and secure for all passengers through vigilant monitoring and assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety by monitoring station activity.
  • Check and validate passenger tickets upon entry.
  • Help manage large crowds during peak hours.
  • Assist with the evacuation process in emergencies.
  • Maintain oversight of station cleanliness to prevent hazards.
  • Utilize communication devices to coordinate with staff.
  • Deliver superior customer service to enhance passenger experience.
  • Participate in training sessions for safety protocols.
  • Document incidents and assist in investigations when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • High school education or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
