Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing essential support to patients under the direction of registered nurses. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring the overall comfort and safety of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
  • Conduct routine monitoring of vital signs and report findings to the nursing team.
  • Aid patients with nutritional needs during mealtimes.
  • Support patient mobility through effective lifting and transferring techniques.
  • Create a safe and clean environment for patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Document care provided and maintain patient records accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Technical Skills
  • Basic clinical skills
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

  • Excellent communication skills

Certifications
