Job Description

As a Service Captain, you will manage and lead a dedicated team of service staff, ensuring that outstanding standards of customer service are met consistently. Your role includes training, development, and the implementation of service procedures, whilst overseeing the dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Train staff on exceptional service techniques.
  • Manage customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement staff training programmes.
  • Drive team engagement and morale through recognition.
  • Set clear performance expectations for the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant higher education in Hospitality or related field
Experience
  • Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Wine Knowledge
  • POS Systems
Certifications
  • Sommelier Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Hospitality Software Experience: Familiarity with hospitality management software is beneficial.
