Job Description

As a Baggage Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage and cargo at the airport. You will load and unload bags from aircraft, follow strict safety regulations, and assist passengers with their luggage needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely loading and unloading of baggage from aircraft in accordance with schedules.
• Utilize technology to track and report baggage movements accurately.
• Coordinate with ground crew and airline staff to optimize baggage handling processes.
• Engage in team meetings to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery.
• Educate new staff on baggage handling procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• No specific educational qualifications required
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
