Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and improve organizational performance. This role is key in driving our commitment to staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan aligned with business goals.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultations with department heads.
  • Manage relationships with training providers and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and organisational development plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
  • Administer employee performance evaluations and provide insights for development.
  • Regularly analyse training programmes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in Learning and Development or Organizational Development are desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development roles
