Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions in Belfast. This pivotal role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, training, and talent management. You'll work closely with leadership to enhance workplace culture and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
  • Update and maintain employee handbooks and HR documentation.
  • Drive initiatives for workplace wellness and employee well-being.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation strategies.
  • Work with external consultants as needed for specialized HR projects.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is an advantage

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience
