Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee development, possessing a deep understanding of learning methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead the design of learning initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
  • Utilize metrics to evaluate the impact of training interventions.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate learning frameworks across the employee lifecycle.
  • Promote and align training strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop partnerships with training institutions for best practice sharing.
  • Identify and implement new learning technologies to enhance training delivery.
  • Actively participate in industry networks to stay abreast of learning trends.
  • Drive leadership development programmes across the organisation.
  • Manage training budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Learning and Development or related areas
