Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Batch Maker to join our team. The Batch Maker will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials to produce batches of products according to specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of batch production processes.

Responsibilities

• Mix and blend raw materials according to specified recipes.
• Operate and monitor batch production equipment.
• Document production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Conduct regular inspections of product samples for quality assurance.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines throughout the production process.
• Assist in recipe development and modifications as required.
• Support team members in achieving daily production targets.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.

Technical Skills
