Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee our projects in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in our project management team, coordinating all aspects of construction operations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee operations for multiple construction projects.
  • Formulate project plans in collaboration with stakeholders and project managers.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to prevent delays.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve project schedules and budgets.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to the project teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners.
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously assess operational performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Engage in business development efforts to secure new projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years in a management role within the construction industry
