Job Description

We are seeking a Lab Supervisor to oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians and researchers, promoting a collaborative environment for scientific excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lab operations and provide guidance to lab personnel.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement staff training programs to enhance laboratory skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Develop and refine laboratory processes to improve efficiency and safety.
• Conduct quality assessments and audits of laboratory procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies.
• Prepare scientific documentation and reports as needed.
• Encourage a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting
