Job Description

Join our growing team as a Plastering Supervisor, where you will oversee all plastering operations and coordinate with other trades for seamless project execution. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the completion of multiple plastering projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Work closely with other trades to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.
  • Review work to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise on-site during the plastering process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of plastering materials and techniques.
  • Prepare cost estimates and material orders for upcoming projects.
  • Report directly to senior management on project status and team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • City & Guilds Plastering qualification or equivalent
  • Other relevant trade qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in plastering with experience supervising teams
