Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Dental Practice Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our dental practice in Slough. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure patient satisfaction, and facilitate communication between dental staff and patients. You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of patient records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new staff.
• Coordinate continuing education for dental staff.
• Promote a culture of safety and adherence to health regulations.
• Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss practice improvements.
• Assist with outreach programs to engage with the community.
• Track and report on office performance metrics.
• Play a pivotal role in fostering patient loyalty and retention.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent field
• Experience in dental practice management is desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice or similar environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
