Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to refine our employee compensation strategies and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing competitive salary structures, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage various employee benefits programs.
  • Perform regular audits of compensation and benefits data.
  • Develop training sessions for staff regarding compensation structures and benefits.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure employee engagement initiatives are aligned with benefits offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD qualification would be advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
