Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Corporate Wellness Manager to lead our wellness initiatives in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employee health, wellness strategies, and program implementation, aiming to boost employee morale and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for employee engagement in wellness activities.
  • Organise team-building activities that encourage physical and mental well-being.
  • Manage a wellness budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote wellness initiatives internally.
  • Evaluate results and report on the impact of wellness initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in employee health and wellness initiatives
