Job Description

As a Public Housing Community Relations and Services Advisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships within the public housing community. Supporting residents and ensuring effective service delivery will be at the heart of your responsibilities. You will work closely with local community organizations and stakeholders to enhance community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop community engagement strategies to enhance communication with residents.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and service providers to identify community needs.
  • Provide training workshops for staff and residents on community resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion within the community services.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Qualification in a relevant field desirable
Experience
  • Experience in delivering training or workshops is advantageous
