Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Leading Construction Services, you will take on a pivotal role overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that construction is carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead construction teams in executing high-quality projects.
  • Draft and review project plans and specifications.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in line with project specifications.
  • Mentor and train junior staff and site operatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree or additional certifications preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
