Job Description

The Real Estate Specialist will manage all aspects of real estate transactions, from conducting market research to negotiating sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage effectively with clients and stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess client needs and objectives in real estate.
  • Coordinate with mortgage brokers and other financial professionals to facilitate transactions.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting property proposals to clients.
  • Continuously update client databases and ensure accurate records.
  • Monitor and report on property performance and market trends.
  • Foster a positive company image through high levels of professionalism.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide training as needed.
