Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects in Coventry. Your role will involve liaising with stakeholders, managing budgets and resources, and leading a team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction operations to meet client specifications.
• Monitor the construction progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Prepare and present project proposals and updates to management.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms with subcontractors.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage in regular communication with clients to understand their needs.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation to optimize project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional certifications in construction management preferred

• 7+ years in construction project management roles
