Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Stoke-on-Trent. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. With a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience, you will ensure that our HR practices align with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes for various roles.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and compliance with UK employment laws.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager in developing HR strategies.
  • Facilitate induction and training sessions for new hires.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate resolutions promptly.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement surveys.
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies and programs.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and conduct analysis of feedback.
  • Support managers with performance management and coaching.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • CIPD qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of comprehensive HR experience
