Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to join our vibrant team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant legislation. With a focus on enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, you will contribute significantly to creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and support hiring managers in selecting the right candidates.
  • Implement training and development programs to boost employee skills.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee-related queries and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development of company culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and take steps to improve overall morale.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Contribute to monthly HR reporting and analytics.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks.
  • Implement strategies to improve retention rates.

Requirements

Education
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable

  • 3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations
