We are seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to join our vibrant team in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR practices comply with legal standards and internal policies. Responsibilities

• Assess existing HR processes for compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timely reporting of compliance metrics to the HR Manager.
• Develop and lead compliance training workshops for employees.
• Foster a compliance culture within the organisation.
• Assist in investigations related to compliance breaches.
• Draft reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• CIPD qualification is highly regarded

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance

• Compliance Auditing

Certifications

• CIPD Level 7
• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in project management: Ability to manage multiple HR compliance projects simultaneously.
