Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will design, develop, and oversee the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects. You should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for sustainable engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of a variety of civil engineering projects.
• Assess project feasibility and make recommendations based on site conditions.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Perform risk assessments and contingency planning for complex projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits.
• Engage with clients to provide updates and gather feedback throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure that quality control measures are applied at all stages of projects.
• Mentor and train junior team members on engineering principles and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a civil engineering capacity
