Job Description

As a Central Supply Technician, you'll play a crucial role in managing and maintaining inventory levels for medical supplies and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all items are correctly received, sorted, and distributed to various departments within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Process medical supply requests from healthcare teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Monitor and manage expiration dates of supplies to ensure compliance.
• Document all inventory adjustments and discrepancies meticulously.
• Assist with preparing and setting up supplies for surgical and medical procedures.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures regarding medical supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Central Supply/Sterile Processing is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or healthcare supply chain.

Technical Skills

• Inventory management software
• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
