Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Train and support a diverse team to foster a positive workplace.
  • Analyze financial statements to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
  • Design and execute strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure facility upkeep.

  • Prepare reports for management and stakeholders on key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Management is an advantage
Experience
