Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of telecommunications projects.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date for all telecom projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress against industry standards.
  • Regularly report project status to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Implement best practices for network design and planning.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of installations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Network design Extensive knowledge in designing telecommunications networks.
  • Project management Skilled in managing projects and delivering on time.
  • Regulatory compliance Expertise in navigating telecommunications regulations.
  • Data analysis Adept at analysing data to improve network efficiency.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
  • Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to overcome project challenges.
  • Team collaboration Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with fibre optic networks: Hands-on knowledge of fibre optic technology and its implementation.
  • Proficient in CAD software: Experience using CAD software for network designs.
