Job Description

As a Production Leader, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that all targets are met efficiently and effectively. You will work collaboratively with various departments to enhance productivity and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process and coordinate with all department heads.
  • Implement best practices in production while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.
  • Utilise production tracking software to monitor efficiency and throughput.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
  • Work closely with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare and present production reports to upper management.
  • Initiate and promote team-building activities to strengthen collaboration.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in the production pipeline.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation to improve production processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Engineering or Operations Management preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.
