We are seeking a Flight Services Supervisor to oversee our operations in East Kilbride. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of aviation regulations and exceptional leadership skills to ensure flight operations run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all flight operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Train and mentor flight crew, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with the operations team to enhance overall service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Aviation Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in flight operations
