Job Description

As a Hand Mounter at Innovative Electronics Ltd., your primary task will involve the assembly and mounting of components to printed circuit boards (PCBs). You will utilize hand tools and equipment, and collaborate with team members to improve production processes and achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and mount a variety of electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Conduct quality inspections using standard testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly discrepancies.
• Document assembly procedures and update records as necessary.
• Work closely with supervisors to enhance production efficiency.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions with precision and care.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational qualifications would be a bonus.

Experience

• Experience in a similar manufacturing environment is a plus.
