Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Watford. The successful candidate will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective material handling and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize warehouse workflows to ensure timely dispatch.
• Establish inventory controls and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Monitor warehouse team performance and foster employee development.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of operations.
• Engage with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline processes.
• Develop strategies to improve distribution efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse operations or supply chain roles

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT)
