We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to join our Nottingham team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales. Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts for in-store displays that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Implement merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines and enhance the shopping experience.
• Evaluate the performance of display strategies using sales data and customer feedback.
• Provide training for staff on merchandising best practices and product knowledge.
• Assist in creating marketing materials that complement visual displays.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in retail merchandising and consumer behavior.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Retail Management or related field
• Diploma in Visual Merchandising is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Window Display Design

Languages

• English: Fluent
