Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee various HR functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviews.
  • Revise and update HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Support employee relations and provide conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes and training initiatives.
  • Evaluate HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to management on HR-related issues.
  • Maintain the integrity of the HR information system.
  • Promote employee well-being and engagement activities.
  • Implement best practices for talent management and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management
  • Master’s degree preferred

  • 8+ years in a senior HR role
